Why XS Party is opening event planning to the community

XS Party is being developed around participation rather than a finished event calendar handed down to members. Inside the private community, eligible members can take part in polls, surveys, interviews and event-planning rooms that help turn early concepts into clearer event briefs.

The intention is practical: collect structured input on venue styles, music direction, guest experience, trip ideas and other details while an event is still being formed. Progress bars and planning tasks make it easier to see what is still open and what has already moved forward.

Unpublished planning information remains part of the private working process until XS Party chooses to make it public.
