This page records your electronic acceptance before XS Party sends you to the external payment provider. It is designed to make the price, access, confidentiality and event-continuity position clear before money changes hands.
PAYMENT & MEMBERSHIP POLICY
WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO.
£49.99 GBP monthly membership.
The membership is a recurring monthly subscription. The checkout must show the exact charge before payment. You can manage or cancel future renewals from the billing route shown in your private XS profile. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; rights already accrued are unaffected.
Full membership keeps your access ongoing.
While active, membership can include the full private community, member presales, selected trip/hotel or partner-brand benefits, confidential planning, interviews, votes, surveys, development models, member information and other services that XS Party publishes as part of the plan.
Features may develop, but not without limits.
XS Party may improve, replace or retire individual features for genuine operational, legal, safety or technical reasons. A material change that significantly reduces the paid service should be communicated clearly and does not remove any right you may have to cancel or seek an appropriate remedy.
Private community confidentiality.
Unpublished planning information, screenshots, vote or survey results, possible venues/dates, invitee ideas, budgets and partner discussions must remain inside the private space until XS Party publishes them. This does not restrict reporting safety concerns, suspected unlawful conduct, exercising legal rights or seeking confidential professional advice.
Rewards are participation records, not cash.
Current XS points do not have a guaranteed monetary value and are not guaranteed to become blockchain tokens. Any future blockchain or token programme will require separate launch terms, eligibility rules and legal review.
This agreement does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to services not supplied as agreed, unfair terms, statutory remedies, negligence causing death or personal injury, or other mandatory consumer protections. The event-continuity arrangement is an additional option, not a device for keeping payment when XS Party has not supplied what was promised.
