Buy the city presale

After successful payment and account setup, the ticket opens the full private XS community while that ticket entitlement remains active. The ticket itself still applies only to the city event you purchased.

Use an artist name

Your private account identity stays hidden from other members. Community participation uses your generated XS artist name.

Help finish the launch

Vote and answer surveys on the details still open. Planning progress moves forward as tasks and decisions are completed.

CONFIDENTIAL UNTIL XS PUBLISHES IT

PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE.

The planning room can contain draft venues, possible dates, voting results, partner discussions, invitee ideas, working budgets, schedules and event concepts. Until XS Party makes an item public, members and presale participants must not publish, forward or redistribute it.

No screenshots, screen recordings or copied voting/survey results outside the private area.
No sharing unpublished venue, date, invitee, partner or planning information.
No presenting private community decisions as final XS Party announcements.
Safety concerns, suspected unlawful conduct, legal rights and confidential legal/professional advice are not restricted by this community rule.

Possible consequence: serious or repeated sharing can result in removal from private planning and cancellation of the associated presale ticket. If XS Party cancels your ticket for a confidentiality-rule breach, the ticket price will be refunded in full to the original payment method. This community rule does not remove any statutory consumer rights.

EVENT DELAY / NON-LAUNCH CONTINUITY

YOUR TICKET OPENS THE COMMUNITY.
MEMBERSHIP CAN KEEP YOU THERE.

If the event has not launched 30 days after your presale community access starts, your private profile wallet shows a builder invitation to choose monthly or annual full membership. That invitation is designed to help you keep contributing beyond the ticket lifecycle, but it does not create a subscription or charge automatically. While the ticket entitlement remains active, your presale community access continues. If XS Party ultimately cancels the event, confirms it will not proceed, or the published long-stop date passes without launch, the refund or voluntary membership-credit options below remain available.

Choose a full refund

Ask for the eligible presale amount back to the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Or convert value to membership

Choose to transfer the amount paid, pound-for-pound, into XS Party membership credit. The credit is applied against the membership plan then available; no recurring charge starts after the credit is used unless you separately opt in.

Choose monthly or annual continuity

Full membership keeps access going beyond the ticket lifecycle and adds the then-current member benefits, including selected travel, hotel and partner offers. Monthly and annual plans are chosen separately; neither starts automatically from a presale ticket.

No blanket waiver: the payment agreement does not remove rights relating to cancellation, non-performance, unfair terms, misdescription, negligence or other statutory consumer protections. The continuity option is an additional contractual choice, not a forced substitute for a refund.

FOUNDING PRESALE REFUND PROMISE

DETAILS ARE TBC — SO THE EXIT MUST BE CLEAR.

Because the event date and venue are not fixed at the point of this founding presale, XS Party's site policy is to offer a full ticket refund on request until the date and venue are announced. After announcement, buyers should receive a clear opportunity to decide whether the confirmed details work for them. If an event is ultimately cancelled or misses its published long-stop date, buyers can choose the refund route or the optional membership-credit route described above.

Before any payment, the buyer must review and electronically accept the XS Party Payment & Membership Agreement. The final checkout, refund timetable, long-stop date and payment-provider terms should be reviewed against your live UK consumer-law setup before launch.
