What the role does
- Research guests and prepare concise interview briefs.
- Conduct confident, respectful video interviews in person or remotely.
- Ask follow-up questions instead of reading a fixed script.
- Create short intros, outros and social-video versions for XSMAG.
- Work with editors on article angles, captions, clips and supporting copy.
- Keep release, consent, usage and factual details organised before publication.
What we look for
Curiosity, clear speech, active listening, research discipline, confidence on camera, good judgement around guests and the ability to make an interview feel natural rather than promotional.
