HOSTESS TEAM.
A specialist talent-recruitment and representation programme for hosts, creators, models, performers and on-camera personalities.
If accepted, members are invited to sign the XS Party Good-Faith Representation Agreement. It allows XS Party to represent and introduce talent for suitable opportunities, but it is not a blanket lifetime image release and it does not guarantee paid work, travel, casting or placement.

REPRESENTATION IN GOOD FAITH
YOUR FACE, VOICE AND CAREER STAY UNDER YOUR CONTROL.
XS Party can introduce members for advertisements, branded films, interviews, editorial articles, event hosting, creator content and partner-brand scenarios. The representation agreement should define what XS Party may do on a member’s behalf. Each actual booking should still have its own written brief or release so the talent knows exactly what they are accepting.
Written terms first
Accepted members receive written representation terms explaining the work-finding service, XS Party’s authority, any commission, payment handling and how either side can end the relationship.
Project-by-project choice
Membership does not force a talent to accept every opportunity. Before a booking, the talent should receive the client, role, dates, location, expected hours, pay, expenses and relevant health-and-safety information.
Specific media rights
A project release should state where content can appear, the media, territory, campaign period, edit permissions and any exclusivity. Joining the Hostess Team is not treated as unlimited permission to use someone’s image forever.
Privacy by design
Profiles and application information are used for recruitment and representation. Publication or wider promotional use should be clearly explained, recorded and kept separate where consent is relied upon.
Fair recruitment
Applications are assessed against genuine role requirements. The Hostess Team is the programme name; individual briefs should not unlawfully discriminate, and reasonable adjustments should be considered where required.
BEFORE ANY SHOOT, INTERVIEW OR APPEARANCE
THE BOOKING SHOULD BE CLEAR.
Talent should see: client / partner brand, role, date and location, call time and expected finish, rate and payment route, expenses, wardrobe or content requirements, media usage, territory, duration, exclusivity, cancellation terms and a named production contact.
Important: where a person is legally a worker, calling a role a “trial”, “experience” or “volunteer opportunity” does not automatically remove pay rights. Genuine paid work must be handled accordingly.
UK TALENT-AGENCY CONTEXT
WHY THESE SAFEGUARDS ARE HERE.
Where XS Party acts as an intermediary between talent seeking work and a hirer in Great Britain, the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 can apply. Entertainment and modelling agencies have sector-specific fee rules, but XS Party’s proposed casting policy is simpler: the talent pays £0 to apply, cast or join the list.
UK data-protection rules also require a valid lawful basis for handling personal information. Where consent is used, it should be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Recruitment should also be based on genuine role requirements and handled fairly.
